TogetherUp Tools
Tools play a vital role in our supervision sessions by help to keep all parties accountable to the goals and activities and facilitate learning through powerful reflective questions.
Whether it's the self-reflection tool, a learning and development plan, or a scope of practice decision tree, these tools are the backbone of our streamlined and structured supervision approach. Beyond just keeping things organised, our tools empower supervisees to take charge of their own growth. They encourage a systematic self-evaluation, transforming supervisees into the drivers of their learning journey and personal development.

Learning Styles
The Honey and Mumford Learning Styles Assessment is one of a range of questionnaires that enable us to reflect on and explore our preferred learning styles and preferences regarding learning.
Although we can all learn through all styles of learning, we all tend to have one or more preferred ways of learning. Being more conscious of these enables us to be more intentional in selecting learning experiences that suit us.
