We provide an integrated, in-house solution that includes international recruitment, migration coordination, clinical supervision, and workforce development. Our streamlined model reduces complexity for employers while ensuring internationally qualified OTs are well-supported, compliant, and confident in practice.​

TogetherUp was founded in 2024 to provide a supportive and streamlined pathway for internationally qualified Occupational Therapists navigating AHPRA registration and supervision requirements. Since its establishment, TogetherUp has supported more than 120 internationally qualified OTs to transition successfully into the Australian workforce.

Natalie Tanner-Black 
Occupational Therapists, Supervisor, Allied Health Recruiter

Natalie Tanner-Black is an experienced Occupational Therapist, supervisor, recruiter, and accredited coach with a passion for building strong, values-driven allied health workforces. With over 20 years of experience across paediatrics, mental health, leadership, and workforce development, Natalie brings deep clinical expertise alongside strategic insight into workforce sustainability.

In 2024, Natalie founded TogetherUp to provide a supportive and streamlined pathway for internationally qualified Occupational Therapists navigating AHPRA registration and supervision requirements. Since its establishment, TogetherUp has supported more than 120 internationally qualified OTs to transition successfully into the Australian workforce.

Natalie is an accredited coach and was fortunate to work professionally with the Royal Australian Navy. This experience strengthened her understanding of high-performance teams, structured supervision, and the importance of strong support systems in complex environments.

Raj Kamal,

Migration Agent & Commercial Director

Raj has had a diverse and distinguished career in various industry sectors such as Aviation, Information Technology and Utilities.

 

He has had the privilege to live and work in various countries and the opportunity to travel extensively for leisure.Raj holds an MBA from Macquarie University (Sydney) and a Diploma in Migration Law from the University of Technology Sydney.

 

Raj enjoys life in Sydney with his wife, Priya and daughter Yarra. And his interests include cycling, swimming and playing tennis. Raj is also an avid follower of Formula 1
