Our name, TogetherUp, reflects the philosophy at the heart of what we do. We believe better outcomes happen when people work together — practitioners, employers and our team — combining the right expertise, support and opportunities to help everyone move forward.
Established in 2024, TogetherUp was built on a simple idea: practitioners and organisations are stronger when they have the right people and the right support around them.

Meet the Team
TogetherUp brings together experienced occupational therapists who understand Australian practice and the transition from working overseas. Our support draws on broad clinical experience and practical knowledge of everyday OT work. With a Registered Migration Agent as our Commercial Director, we offer employers one point of contact across international OT recruitment, migration, registration and supervision.

Natalie
Natalie Tanner-Black is an experienced Occupational Therapist, supervisor, recruiter and accredited coach with over 20 years’ experience across clinical practice, leadership and workforce development.
She founded TogetherUp in 2024 to support internationally qualified OTs transitioning into Australian practice. Since then, TogetherUp has supported more than 120 OTs through registration, supervision and workforce transition.
Natalie has also worked professionally with the Royal Australian Navy, strengthening her experience in leadership, high-performing teams and structured professional support.
Supervising Occupational Therapist
Amanda
Amanda is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 16 years of clinical practice and more than a decade in allied health leadership. She has worked across Disability, Aged Care and community-based services, with expertise in Home Modifications, AT, FCAs
She is passionate about supporting adults with physical, progressive and neurological conditions to build independence and achieve meaningful goals. Amanda also enjoys mentoring and supporting Occupational Therapists to feel confident and grow in their practice.
Outside work, she’s a busy mum of three who enjoys family time.

Alex has more than 10 years of experience as an Occupational therapist and has extensive experience supervising internationally qualified OTs.

Jenny
Jenny has more than 40 years' experience as an OT. Jenny generously shares her experience with the practitioner she supports and takes a warm and supportive approach to guiding practitioners.

Fran
Fran provides exceptional program support, guiding practitioners through the registration process and working closely with our supervising OTs to keep practitioners on track. Her considered, supportive and professional approach makes her an invaluable part of the TogetherUp team.
Commercial Director/Registered Migration Agent
Raj Kamal
Raj has had a diverse and distinguished career in various industry sectors such as Aviation, Information Technology and Utilities.
He has had the privilege to live and work in various countries and the opportunity to travel extensively for leisure.Raj holds an MBA from Macquarie University (Sydney) and a Diploma in Migration Law from the University of Technology Sydney.
Raj enjoys life in Sydney with his wife, Priya and daughter Yarra. His interests include cycling, swimming and playing tennis. Raj is also an avid follower of Formula 1
