Registration support
Australian registration requirements can be difficult to navigate, particularly when you’re working through the process from overseas. TogetherUp helps internationally qualified occupational therapists understand the registration pathway that applies to them, what is required at each stage and what to expect as they progress.

Complete your supervised practice with experienced OT support.
Supervised Practice
If supervised practice is part of your pathway to general registration, TogetherUp provides a structured program to support you through the process. Our experienced Australian OTs provide regular supervision, direct observation, practical learning and reflective support to help you meet your requirements while building confidence in Australian practice.
We also work with your employer to support the supervision process, documentation and reporting requirements.

Preparing for Practice
Working as an OT in Australia involves more than understanding registration. It means learning to navigate different funding systems, legislation, professional expectations and approaches to service delivery.
TogetherUp’s Preparing for Practice Program helps internationally qualified OTs build confidence and understand how OT is practised in Australia.
At the heart of the program are video-based case studies that bring Australian practice to life. Practitioners work through realistic clinical scenarios, exploring clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, culturally responsive practice and decision-making within Australian healthcare and funding systems.
